Hi, our names are Karl and Mark. We're the founders of Body Image Bootcamp (BIBC). There is no shortage in "weight loss" and "fitness and mindset programs" out there today. The unfortunate but true fact is that over 90% of all fitness related solutions fail to deliver. Fat loss pills, fad diets, and infomercial gadgets just don't work. But there is something that does… and we'd to give you the opportunity to learn more about it.

Frequently Asked Questions  

 How does the program work?
We deliver the program through three means. Firstly, during your time on the program, we'll personally design your exercise, nutrition and build out your life goals plan. Secondly, we communicate with you and the other members via a private Facebook group, this includes bi-weekly live coaching calls and exclusive content you can actually implement. Thirdly, you will have direct access to your personal trainer to keep you on track every week. 
How many hours per week will I need to do this?
All of the training and diet commitments are flexible and adaptable to you, so we can mould them into 15-30 minute sessions if that's what is needed to fit your schedule. You'll need some time to have your initial coaching call with us to get you on track. As long as you check in every week you'll be able to get results with this program.
 I'm new to training, will this still work for me?
Yep, We scale the workout plan up or down to make the program appropriate for all skill levels and can be used by those who are new to training or those who have been training for years. We offer weekly coaching with this experience so that you'll never be left wondering what to do or how something works.
    Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! we have options for bodyweight training sessions, home gym adaptations and cardio programs if that's what is easier for you. We're very flexible! 
What happens after the 12 Weeks
We've designed the program to be 12 Weeks for a few reasons. It's long enough to get you great results, for us to teach you everything you need to know about our methods and for you to see what it's like working with us online. However, it's short enough to not be a huge commitment if you want to try something else afterwards. At the end of the 12 weeks you can continue to  with us and keep working towards new goals if you want to:)
 What if I don't get any results?
We have a simple policy regarding this. If you can show us that you've taken action on the advise and coaching instruction, followed our guidance and taken part in the coaching but STILL haven't seen anything by way of results, we'll offer you extended time on the program completely free until you do. We're very confident that if you follow the program, you'll get results you're very proud of in 12 Weeks.
